These photos are me working with Boxx (Jamie Strader). Rich Franklin's boxing coach. He's a good friend and great stand up coach. Very Technique oriented and tough to please.

how many years of MA do you have?

I have 5 years of MMA. I wrestled high school and college. Wrestled 3 years at Ohio State. I have a brown in Jiu Jitsu and have last couple years been working my hands hard. This next fight is going to be come back. I got a divorce and was out of it a bit. It's been over year since my last fight and ready to get back.

I knew I wanted to become a fighter from the day I watched Pride 11. Soon after started watching the UFC agan and have got the chance to fight in KOTC,IFC, and Gladiators challenge. I train with some tough guys. Rich Franklin, Jorge Gurgel, Joe Riggs, Marcus Davis, and a bunch of other tough cats.
You a train any contact sports heavy_duty?

without saying too much I have been training for 20 years.
not exactly MMA as I have really only focused on 1 art.
having said that, I have had the chance to workout with Jeff Joslin and Carlos Newton both UFC Canadian guys and Canadian kickboxers who held world titles Jean-Yves Thériault and Paul Biafore.

Good luck on the fight. I have heard that Riches boxing coach is really good. Some say Rich has some of the best true boxing in the 185 slot. It looks like Silva has his number, but you can never count Ace out. I train with some WEC and UFC guys down south.

Yeah he has really improved my hands and footwork. Hopefully Dan Henderson beats Silva. I think that's rich's way back in. Rich is out for an injury for a bit though. It may be until march or so before he looks to come back. He's back on contract though.
