i cant make it myself because i am currently living with my mom and grandparents and i have no where else to make it at. if you look around you can find it for fairly cheap, i bought 40cc from canada for around 200us. if i lived on my own, i would definitely make it myself though.
No flame intended, but if your livin with your momma and grandparents, you got bigger things to worry about than how to make your own fina. How old are you?
