getting concerned

ordered my gear and it was sent out in 5 envelopes. Three of the five arrived but the other 2 have not. Source stated all have been shipped out the last one was on 2/5. Should I be worried or is this normal? Total amount of gear in cash that has not arrived is under 200.00 This was not a domestic shippment. Does customs always send out letters or do they sometimes just throw out the gear and not send a letter?

Sometimes you get a letter. Sometimes you don't.
