Getting bigger

I'm currently 6'1" and 170 lbs. I've gained 17 pounds over the past year by doubling the amount of food I eat and training 5 times a week rather than 2 or 3. Unfortunately, I believe I've reached my body's natural limit in strength and size and now need some assistance.
 
Change your training routine, change your diet.

You didn't reach your body's natural limit after 1 freakin' year.....c'mon
 
17 pounds in 1 year. 2 pounds of that was actual muscle

this is a marathon and not a sprint and no you haven't reached your maximum potential, not even close dude.

No. He'd have been 153 at 6 feet tall. He's still only 170lbs now. 2lbs or so a year from now on will be good.
 
Your body has just adapted to what you are doing. Use different workouts and keep eating. Muscle confusion is key as well as a good diet.
