Getting Big

I need to know the truth about Creatine.....Like if it is actually works.....I heard so many useless effects from it.....and it only seems to help when used in explosive and intense physical performance. Now I work out hard, (to practical muscle failure) but I'm not sure if my workout meets the 200-meter dash for the 4th time around.

Also I wanted to know about any guidelines to what and how much protein I should take in...It seems that all i do is eat meats and proteins and I don't see a change in my appearance.

"Gotta Eat Big to Be Big"...right?

I appreciate any advice!
 
What are your stats? How long have you been lifting?

Gains from creatine are not permanent. It's all fluid retention. It works at the end of a cycle to help keep gains.
