Hi im a seventeen year old male that has played football for my highschool carreer and im very familiar with wieght lifting and eating habits for training to get the football build. But now that football is over i have been slacking and losing what i used to have. im about to graduate and i was wondering if anyone had any advice on some types of lifts that i should do to achieve not the football body but just a really toned and ripped body for the summer that i can add onto later, if anyone has any advice thanks in advance.
