Getting back to the gym

hey guys i have been out of the body building scene for 2 years and gained alot of fat i am 6ft 275 23% bodyfat, i have my diet in check i was just wondering about putting together a workout schedule do guys recommeb ripptoes 3x5 beginners or r ther any others out there as i want to try something else then what i have been doing i am ready to put in the work but i dont like wasting my time working out the same way as always so i am looking for a good starting core workout any positive feedback would be appreciated also i am not going o juice until i get my body fat down to at least 15% or lower, so all natural for first time as before i depended on steroids an really just threw around as much weight as possible but didnt hav a solid program that i can write down everything i do and how much weight thank
 
rip's 3x5 or 5x5 may be hard if your on a calorie deficit trying to cut bf, it may make strength gains hard...
