Getting back on gear, need advise!

im 5'9 210lb probally 20% bf. ive been on cycles before its been a few years since hence the weight gain, and im looking to get back on to lean out and put on some quality lean mass. im thinking about going with a deca/test 12 week cycle and i was wondering

1. what would be a good test to stack with?
2. at what amounts of each im reading that 400mgs/ a week of both would be good. but do i take them together or stager?
3. should i be taking letroloze
and cebergoline at the same time during the whole cycle or?? and at what doses?
4. what would you recommend for a PCT?


just looking for some more advise and the vets imput, thanks guys!
 
If you're looking to lean out here are some better options

If it were me i'd stack it with Tren E, something like this

1-10 Test E 500mg wk
1-8 Tren E 500mg wk

If being "off" has caused the weight gain, then changing your diet and training are the answer, not juice...

Can you post your diet/training routine?

clean your diet up and hit the treadmill. save the juice for later

+ one hunnerd. This is the best advice even though we all know you won't take it. I'm an inch shorter than you, outweigh you by 45 lbs, around 16% body fat and not exactly lean either.

If you eat enough to make use of the juice a big cycle is only going to make you fatter. If you eat to cut you're not making good use of the juice.
