Getting back into it!!

Im a 35 year old, always kept fit, mainly with running and weights. Took a bit of gear when i was younger, only 6 weeks courses of dianbol (on its own) and then later a bit of deca stacked with prim depot. I got good results and because of the low doses never sufferred huge side effects and kept most o my gains. Ive recently been out of training for about 6 months, change of job, moved house, problems with reflux (over production of acid in the stomach) etc etc. Anyhow, got out of training and now need to get back into it. Im planning on 4 - 6 weeks in the gym before i contemplate using again.

Basically, i would like some good advice on what to take. My competitive aspirations are and always were zero, so its just an aging bloke who wants to get back some of the shape he had in his younger days. I was thinking of using anavar, though the last time i was into the gym scene, anavar was something you only used to be able to get and nobody was able to get it.

Any advice on anavar or others, training, food etc etc would be greatly appreciated.

Might be worth staying away from the orals mate, might do you more harm than good with your previous stomach probs.

Yes its something i had considered. Ive got to get an endoscopy done before April this year. It could just be stress related, though what isnt? I guess im just trying to shy away from injecting unless i really have to. Ive read up on anavar and its seems to be very non-toxic.

Ive had horrible problems with it, like the feeling your having a heart attack and that you have something permanently stuck in your throat. Ive never taken any gear though when ive sufferred with it, so i could say if its connected or if its worse when the two are combined.

Why are you shying away from injecting, is it just a needle thing or something else. At the end of the day injecting is probably safer in the long run if done properly. Not as liver toxic, and you tend to keep more of ya gains. Never used anavar before, but its expensive.

trigger foods for me are all the sort of things you dont want to be eating anyway, like doughy foods, pizza, chocolate, cheese and potatoes. I changed my diet quite a lot and found that i also had to cut caffeine out. I drink herbal tea now, if im not drinking juice or skimmed milk. My occassional guiness has turned into a never guiness!!
