Getting Back into bodybuilding

I don't know where to start. I was a former member here, forgot my account info. Anyways 4 years ago i did 2 cycles got up to 220lbs 9 percent body fat. Right now im 195lbs 14 percent body fat, and just started working out again. I am trying to figure out what to do as far as supplements etc. Im not out of shape, i run 20 plus miles a week and do some crazy cross fit training, i had a few operations and thats where i lost my mass, strenght, and gained fat.

Before i ran cycles of test c at 400mg ew for 8 weeks, along with dbol for 4 weeks, and hcg after words, and the 2nd time i ran test c at 600mg ew and anadrol 60mg ed for 4 weeks and hcg after words, with no issues of gyno.

I just want some ideas of where to begin and what avenues i should approach.
