I'm beginning to start back in the gym again, and i want to make sure I put together the right package and recommended dosage per week.
I used gear (test 250) when I was playing baseball in jr. College and never really did things right just took it like everyone else, I'm 6'5 and started out at 175 and by the time I finished playing I was at 245, not very big but filled out a lot.
Now I am 31, 6'5 still and around 230, no mass in arms, have a slight bell( I'm going to say mainly from beer) and my chest has a little fat.
Im not looking to be mr Olympia, but I want to gain muscle mass, in arms, chest, shoulders, legs and shed stomach fat, so any help and point in the right direction would be awesome and greatly appreciated!
