Had a slight tear in the upper abs early last week. I can walk normal and almost bend without pain now. I know I probably need a litlle more time but I'm dying to get back and the cardio only workout makes me feel like I am shrinking. What about lighter lifts w/higher reps? Any idea on what lifts I should stay away from at the gym. I'm scared of re injuring, actually had to miss work for a few days with this, but I need to do something. I appreciate the feedback.
