I posted and earlier thread: "Better Late Than Never ... ". Thanks to all who have replied. I really appreciate the advice.
I'm 44, 215 lbs., train 4x a week for 1.5 hours per workout, take creatine, L-Glutamine and whey protein. Eating and sleeping adequately as well.
I'm getting ready to do the following and I need your comments. This is my first time ever and want to make the best decision possible.
10 week cycle:
sustanon 500mg a week
dbols 40mg a day first 5 weeks only
proviron 50mg a day
for pct, standard hcg/nolvadex
Please let me know your thoughts. I'm looking to bulk up but cut a little belly fat.
