Gettin Back into the game

I have been hittin the gym hard 5 days a week for about 2 years now and have ran 3 cycles. I have been really lagging in the gym for about 4 months because i got a new job and simply had no time. I am not starting to get back to the gym and prob around 15-18% bf 182lbs 5'10 23 yrs old. I also started accutaine and want to stay off the juice until im done with that.. So i guess my big quiestion is ... ? What suppliments should i take and what kind of diet should i hold to get my hard body back?
 
Get a good Creatine and Whey protein, www.anabolicfitness.net has some good products to check out at the AF store. As for the diet, that is very difficult to give advice on as everyones body is diffrent. I have said it so many times, diet is trial and error and only you can figure out what kind best suits your body. A good number to start at would be 3000 cals a day (high protein, mod carb, low fat) and adjust it from there according to your goals. You do have muscle memory working in your favor though ;)

Eat, train , Sleep. -most importantly get motivated

I know what you goin thru man, im getin back myself after some "issues" but now i have a goal be bigger then i was before and this time the muscle will come in denser and better looking.

Time to pump !!
 
i just started it about 4 days ago and i will be on it for several months.. I herd the worst part about it is the dry chapped lips.
