I have been hittin the gym hard 5 days a week for about 2 years now and have ran 3 cycles. I have been really lagging in the gym for about 4 months because i got a new job and simply had no time. I am not starting to get back to the gym and prob around 15-18% bf 182lbs 5'10 23 yrs old. I also started accutaine and want to stay off the juice until im done with that.. So i guess my big quiestion is ... ? What suppliments should i take and what kind of diet should i hold to get my hard body back?
