need ur advice guys, im 225lbs 6 feet good upper build but have troubles a bit with mid section and sides, i hate cutting cause i dont like losing mass just lookin to spend more time on midsection instead of weights, ill still do weights but not so much will i see much mass loss? i took a month off cause my baby boy cuts into the time alot, my diet is mostly protein i know i have to change my diet around but i like protein never really tried cutting before, i like the big look but i need to loss some on the stomach, oh and i also have some clen
