need ur advice guys, im 225lbs 6 feet good upper build but have troubles a bit with mid section and sides, i hate cutting cause i dont like losing mass just lookin to spend more time on midsection instead of weights, ill still do weights but not so much will i see much mass loss? i took a month off cause my baby boy cuts into the time alot, my diet is mostly protein i know i have to change my diet around but i like protein never really tried cutting before, i like the big look but i need to loss some on the stomach, oh and i also have some clen :chomp:

The muscles in your mid section can only get so big and the only way to see them is by lowering body fat. You do that by lowering caloric intake and/or increasing physical activity.

The good news is that many of the great compound lifts can build your core when done with the proper form. These include:

Deadlifts
Good mornings
T-bar rows
Bent over rows
Squats
Pull-ups

By incorporating these into your workout routine you don't have to spend as much time focusing on your abs.
