yo i'm eating like 23-25 meals a day..like every half hour...lots of optimum protein because it has the secret potion to mass gains...yo sometimes I'll bathe in the optimum 100 percent whey vanilla and let it soak through my skin right into the muscle...it's only brand that can do that...or I'll buy the creatine by optimum and put it in my hair...dude my hair is ripped!
