get lean cycle - feedback

Stats:

6'1" 235#'s
10% bf

Diet: 270 g protein, 200 g carbs, 75 g efa's.

Lift 4x's week, cardio 3x's week

Have done a winny only cycle with clen 2 on 2 off. I know most people don't like that but my goals are to stay the same size but just get harder and more defined.

I "found" some BD Eq and have some winny tabs and clen laying around. What are your thoughts on this.

wk 1 - 16 400 mg Eq week
wk 9 - 16 50 mg ed winny
clen 2 on 2 off

Again my goals are to maintain my current size and get more defined, vascular and hard. I also have a local bench meet coming up at the end of August. I'm currently at 425 and would like to be at 495 or so by then.

I DO NOT want to add anything that will cause water retention.
 
You just use the EQ and Winstrol, although I would also add in some test. For strength gains you'll do better with test, tren, and winstrol, although I think gaining 70 lbs on your bench is asking for a lot in two months.
 
IMO with this cycle you prob. wont add the 70lbs to your bench. The EQ you are running is too low. Being that you want to add strength, lean out at your current weight why not add some Var. It will keep you strong and tighten you up at the same time.

how much var for how long
