Hi Guys. Im an 18 year old male and have just finished my first year at university (the English version of college in America). I start my second year at the end of September and my aim is to get into really good shape over the summer for the start of my 2nd year.
I aim to put on some muscle, lower my fat percentage so that my abs are visible and develop an all round athletic physique. Im wandering if this is possible in the time I have. Im 6 foot 5 inches tall and weigh 13 stone 10 pounds, im of average fitness and slim built but not particularly toned.
I am motivated enough to get down the gym throughout the summer and keep my diet in check.
Realistically are my goals achievable and what sort of shape can i get into in the time I have?
Any tips or pointers will be much appreciated.
