Get good size, cut it up and keep it????

I'm 35 5'11" 250 20% bf. From age 20 to 30 I was in the gym 3-5 a week I stayed around 215 10% bf. Up until a few months ago I hadn't done anything for allmost 5 years. I got done a couple of months ago with a small cycle of test cyp 400mg a week and 1 IU gh a day for 12 weeks, it was good. For me 20% bf is just enough on board fuel to light it up. I'm thinking for the next cycle I want to gain, cut, and keep it. I'm not to worried about the bf, it will all come off with the next couple of cycles, what shows up underneath is most important. Here's the thought.

10 weeks of 500mg sus a week, 300mg deca a week, 75mg tren e.o.d.
HGH 3IU a.d. 100mg winstrol e.o.d. for the last 5 weeks.

More of this, less of that, something better, it's good, tear it up.

Two more questions, how long between cycles, average. Tips on anti e's and pct.
 
so this would be your second cycle, correct?
you mean to say that you didn'r lift in five years then you did a test cycle and started lifting again?
 
I'm with Johnny. I haven't taken anything for 2 years, and I'm just starting to lift again. I'm going to hit the weights hard and heavy, and eat big for 2 years before I take anything again.

No offense, but I'd stay clean and EAT EAT EAT, train hard with heavy weights. You can put on some good size in 2 years by just doing that. Since you haven't trained in a while your body isn't going to know what to do when you start again. It's going to take some time for your body to adjust, and for you to get back onto a steady regimine with diet and training. Shock your body now with diet and training Then see how your body looks. If you want more size after a couple of years of "steady diet and training", then do a cycle

Bodybuilding is a sport of time. I'll admit, there are some things I want right now, but I know I'd waste a lot of money by doing a cycle since I haven't trained in almost 2 years. And not to mention, probably hurt myself in the process.

yep i think you'd do well to take advantage of muscle memory while u can, that is natty. then u could throw in that cycle and kick some serious ass :)
 
Thanks for the input. I'm definately going to keep hitting it hard and I've got great diet, but the juice feels so good, i don't think I can wait. I have been thinking of starting smaller with some deca clen and t3. :bright:
 
First, don't rush it with the roids and rob yourself of what you can achieve on your own. Do what you can with what you have and then when you plateau six months down the road, get a bump to the next level with roids.

Second, I would train moderately in terms of sets and reps, and eat clean, but high calories, for the six months you are getting back into your groove. Build what you can and you may see your weight around 240 with even lower BF in six months. Then I would start taking a look at myself and see what I wanted to look like and how I was going to achieve that. Even if you have good size and mass, are you trying to cut up for a show or just to walk around and look good? Because if it is for a show, you can do it 14-16 weeks, but don't expect to be able to hold that condition very long. If you want to get lean and stay lean year around, you have to coast into that bodyweight and low BF%. You can't rush it. If you rush, you are going to get whallop by the rebound effect. I would try for no more than 1 lb per week weight loss. And if the mirror didn't thrill me the way I wanted it to, I would slow it down it half a pound a week. Contrary to what people say, you CAN grow muscle and lose BF at the same time. But it ain't gonna happen in a three month cycle. The human body is very stubborn and seems to have a mind of it's own and likes to do things it's own way. You can't force it or it will resist you after awhile. The best way to describe it is you have to coax it to the point you want, if you expect to keep that new physique for a long term period.

Third, cycle wise... for someone 250lbs, I don't think 500mg of sust is going to really amount to much. The short esters are going to pretty much be lost in terms of results. I would - at a minimum - do 600mg of a singler ester test like cyp or enan - for a longer period of time than 10 weeks. I would bump it up to 18-20 weeks. You can stick with deca that time too or someone may suggest EQ as a better alternative. I prefer EQ. But if you have deca, go ahead and use it. I would keep the GH at 3iu minimum per day and taken in the morning after you shower. I would NOT even bother to worry about tren or winstrol right now. People say that would be good to jumpstart a cycle, but if you are going for long cycle time frame, who cares if you have to wait three weeks to see juice hit? My advice would be to avoid.

Yes you can wait, at 20% bodyfat AS is NOT for you! The only cycles you should be doing are caloric cycles to get your bodyfat down to 10-12%. Get yourself to the gym, do cardio, clean up your diet and get with the program; steroids are not a miracle they are simply an aid - 70-80% of what you look like is diet.
 
IMHO

Maybe play around with some creatine if you feel like you "have" to be on something. Hopefully that would hold you over until your ready for the gear.
 
Some more great advice. Elite is definately the best board I've been on, the mods and the vets, the ones with some good solid expereance are willing to take a minute and give some good guidance.

At the end of jan. it will have been 7 months since I started back down the road of body building, I'm feeling great and looking better to. I think I will wait for another couple of months to see where I'm at. I'll post some pics at that time and you guys can help me continue to formulate.

What do you think about a quick 3 weeks of t3 followed by 3 weeks of clen, to help things along??? :Chef:
