First, don't rush it with the roids and rob yourself of what you can achieve on your own. Do what you can with what you have and then when you plateau six months down the road, get a bump to the next level with roids.
Second, I would train moderately in terms of sets and reps, and eat clean, but high calories, for the six months you are getting back into your groove. Build what you can and you may see your weight around 240 with even lower BF in six months. Then I would start taking a look at myself and see what I wanted to look like and how I was going to achieve that. Even if you have good size and mass, are you trying to cut up for a show or just to walk around and look good? Because if it is for a show, you can do it 14-16 weeks, but don't expect to be able to hold that condition very long. If you want to get lean and stay lean year around, you have to coast into that bodyweight and low BF%. You can't rush it. If you rush, you are going to get whallop by the rebound effect. I would try for no more than 1 lb per week weight loss. And if the mirror didn't thrill me the way I wanted it to, I would slow it down it half a pound a week. Contrary to what people say, you CAN grow muscle and lose BF at the same time. But it ain't gonna happen in a three month cycle. The human body is very stubborn and seems to have a mind of it's own and likes to do things it's own way. You can't force it or it will resist you after awhile. The best way to describe it is you have to coax it to the point you want, if you expect to keep that new physique for a long term period.
Third, cycle wise... for someone 250lbs, I don't think 500mg of sust is going to really amount to much. The short esters are going to pretty much be lost in terms of results. I would - at a minimum - do 600mg of a singler ester test like cyp or enan - for a longer period of time than 10 weeks. I would bump it up to 18-20 weeks. You can stick with deca that time too or someone may suggest EQ as a better alternative. I prefer EQ. But if you have deca, go ahead and use it. I would keep the GH at 3iu minimum per day and taken in the morning after you shower. I would NOT even bother to worry about tren or winstrol right now. People say that would be good to jumpstart a cycle, but if you are going for long cycle time frame, who cares if you have to wait three weeks to see juice hit? My advice would be to avoid.
