I came across an article with tips from Bravo's Jackie on a fast workout that takes 20 minutes at most and is supposed to work. I'm not one to go to the gym every other day so this was helpful to me. I just started this workout plan and I feel great, but I can't see the results since it's too soon. You guys should try it and tell me how it worked for you:
