Get Fit Fast with Bravo's Jackie

well, I could only get the first page to load. Looks like an "ok" bodyweight workout....it certainly won't BUILD muscle, but it may help you shed a few pounds if thats all you are looking to do. Personally I feel you would get better results following a GOOD weightlifting program (not something found in a magazine or on TV) for 2-3 months.

Good for you though for starting with something you like.

I agree, I've tried doing that sort of thing and it helped me a certain amount but I'm seeing a decent change in my body just from heavy weight lifting, although I'm more focused on strength then cosmetics.

i really don't think that workout is going to do much more than getting you a bit more flexible (assuming you aren't already).
