i guess you haven't noticed the countless other threads to GS or digger asking for help, and then one of the mods comes on and asks why the hell you'd post a billing question on a chat forum, when there is a help page? :)

go to the contact us link and fill out a help ticket... GS doesn't read chat that much, or handle the billing himself.

Well in Georgy boys EF wide PM yesterday...it clearly stated that one of my and every platinum members benefits is to start a forum about any topic wed like to discuss...I have proposed two now..with NOTHING...
 
yes i have sent in stuff too...IMO i think the best way to do it would be to call the toll free number!
 
rule of business, if you have no customers, you have no business. make sure your customers aren't just satisfied, make sure they're DELIGHTED with your service and they will come back. a delighted customer is worth their annual revenue x 20.

I had the same problem when I sent some emails. I finally put up a few posts in C&C and he saw them and took care of it ASAP.
I got my replies a few days after that... wrong answers too!

You can also try to log out, delete your cookies, log in and try again
