If you think I'm an assclow for participating, that I should be banned for 30 days for fucking with someone, then I respect that opinion, but I think you are getting quite extreme here. This new feature was publicized to us, I'd even say encouraged..

My problem with the whole thing is that ya'll banned someone for no good reason. If I go on the mod board and ask for someone to be banned I have to have a reason. Even for a 24 hour ban the same rule should apply to ya'll. If you ban someone as a joke then you should lose your power to "bomb" someone for a certain time frame.

This 24 hour banning doesn't even really make sense. Not only would the members be back posting but we can still see what they wrote even with the dark "owned" over their posts.
It's REALLY just an ignore list in a different form. No one gets mad if you put them on your ignore list, and you won't be annoyed by them anymore.

the banning is not nescessarily 24hrs.
each bomb lasts 24 hrs, it takes 4 bombs for a temporary banning. Lumberg currently has 5 bombs, so he will not be able to post until after that 5th bomb's 24 hrs are expired. Theoretically, someone could keep getting bombed, thereby prolonging the ban for a very longtime if enough members are recruited.
