Hey I have some questions about my platinum membership (and billing) looks like i'm like 4 months ahead yet I just got charged another month... I spent about 10 minutes looking around for a way to contact support about this other than via phone but I wasn't able to find anything. (probably right under my nose). I just saw the 1888 number but I'm at work now and can't use the phone for personal calls.
