Ok, now that the "thank God and fans" for the award shit is out of the way I want to ask you some questions.

Do you read this forum and laugh your ass off on the regular basis?

Do you pay for your plat membership?

How much can you bench?

What are your stats (in general)?

here's one;

I let my friend try and log on to his account on my computer, but it had been inacctive for more than three weeks, so it was locked, no big deal as it only had like 10 posta on it, but now whenever I try and come to the discussion board it takes me to his deactivation screen and I have to come in here a really roundabout way, can this be fixed?

1. I read all of them from time to time -- folks think I read everything, but I can't -- no one can -- there's too much.

2. No, I got it for free.

Most of the issues with the boards and the elitefitness.com email can be solved with a few simple steps.

1. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer for accessing the site. For best results, do not use the built in AOL web browser. Please click here to get the latest and greatest version of Internet Explorer:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

2. Clear your cache:
Click the "Tools" menu bar
Choose "Internet Options"
On the "General" tab, click "Clear History"
When it asks "Delete all items in your History folder?", click "OK"
click "OK"

3. Delete your cookies:
Click the "Tools" menu bar
Choose "Internet Options"
On the "General" tab, click "Delete Cookies"
When it saks if you are sure, click "OK"

2. Yes, Bigdawg1468, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus! It would be as dreary as if there were no Bigdawg1468. George, I have a question/suggestion.

Why not a monthly EF contest? The person who posts the most helpful/insightful thread (on any board, anabolic, chat, training, etc..) would win a small nutritional supplement or prize?

Maybe a t-shirt. Or maybe a bottle of r-ALA. I would be willing to provide the prizes for the first 4 months if the contest was initiated. The mods and admins will be the ones who determine the quality of the thread and each month's winner.

What inspired you to create this site?

What were you doing before this site was created?

How long have you been into the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle? Also, how deep does your interest go in this lifestyle (ie have you ever competed, what other fitness interests do you partake in, etc)?
