the facts are Corn is somewhat right here, boach and smalls did commit the infractions they are charged with.
the question I had was does it warrent banning? I am not a mod I can not tell you the answer to this.
and also may is hacking into peoples computers, he has told several people he is doing this.

In the case of Boach/Mag thing - he was asked about the situation and had a chance to come clean and didn't.
He LIED...period.
Smalls had hacked in once before and the mods thought it sufficient to warn her at that time....the warning went without a reply...this was MONTHS ago.
So - you tell me - what do you do when you give folks chance after chance and the same old shit keeps occuring??

Yeah - I knew you weren't platinum by the stars but I was giving an example in regards to the thread yesterday where a list of people were gonna cancel.
