I sent some to the email adress in your announcement (topless, but genitals covered).

Are we supposed to get some sort of reply or response? When will you be chosing the pics to use in the before/after gallery?

read the announcement at the top.. $50 if he uses the pics I think... no time frame specified.. i showed one before I started using EF for training and diet advice... then a more recent one after a couple years of talking to the good bros at EF.

I sent in 1 before and 3 after.. one of the three AFTER shots had a torse/face shot.. but I just resent that email and added in one more that had full torse and face.. it was a before/after shot of sorts too showing my cutting progress.

Also, my abs are noticably different, but the real change is in my arms/chest.. added a lot of mass there.
