I have an idea...how about a karma rollover plan? Where you could accumulate 60 hits if you remain idle for more than 24 hours without hitting anyone with karma (platinum members only of course). In my proposed plan, a member would have 24 hours after the initial 24 were lost due to his schedule, to hit 60 times.

What if your schedule didn't allow you to give all of your favorite EF members karma in any given 24 hour period?

What do you think bro?

You hit people for just being your favorites, not because you approve thier posts?

Sacrilege.

No way man, because my favorites always post something useful...so it's a given.

The "problem" we have currently have is that a high Karma Hits swamps any other consideration - posts and vintage - when calculating Power. Increasing the score per month here would even things out but Karma Monsters like Spongebob are still going to ahve high Power unless the Hits aspect is crippled.

Maybe we need fresh features for vets. Some kind of visual recognition.
