George chat help

Hello
I'm having problems with chat and elitemail

When I open the chat I just have a white background with a blue
frame with a little icon in the corner
I have the same proplem when I try to log in my e-mail
I get the log in and I then get the same screen when I try to enter my pass phrase in..........I've done everything hushmail has on there trouble shooting..........I'm lost
