Gentlemen Please school me

Ok Got all the new gear from the doc. Now I know 1ml and 1cc are the same but I have some pins for b-12 sub-q and they say "1-cc 29g x 1/2 for use with u-100 insulin only. 100 units or less." Am i to believe that this thing only holds 1-cc or 1-ml it looks like would hold a lot more. Is there an equation for iu to ml? It has 10 through 100 on it. Has any one used b-12 sub-q. I believe he gave it to me for energy, and should i put it in multiple places or just one and where?

B12 I did use it sub-q for kicks just to try a sub-q inject, wow, so much nicer, anyways i'm fairly sure the 100iu will equate to 1000mcg which is based on 1000mgc/ml, i used usually 60iu's per shot..... i'd also cut my prop with the b12.

For B-12 1cc=1000mcg's
Shoot in one area all at once
