Yeah that is the mixer I'm talking about that I think I need unless anyone has mixed the cartridges without it? The cartridges come in a plastic push through type package but I don't have the mixer. I was thinking of calling up pfizer or a pharmacy and asking if I could purchase it, but I'm sure they will require a presciption. The website said the pen does require one ,but no word on the mixer. It's great to live in a country where a plastic pen and mixer needs a presciption. The pen I can do without, but not sure about the mixer.

From reading the instructions all that the mixer does is hold the vial when being punctured by a needle. Can you post a picture of one of the vials of Genotropin?

Is it possible to use without the mixing device?

pfizer does make a mixer and a pen. i bought a bunch of 5.3mg dual chamber cartriges of genotropin and i dont have a mixing device either. i used 1 of my needles to draw the liquid out and shot it into the powder side of the chamber. i messed up on my 1st cartridge and shot the liquid in too fast and it foamed up pretty bad. the second cartridge was fine because i very slowly injected the liquid into the powered chamber.
