I am 20 years old and starting a 30 day cycle of sus500 as soon as it comes in the mail. My weight is 165 and at a height of 6'3''. I currently take NO xplode, Animal Flex, Fish oil, Bcomplex vitamins, Whey Protein, and Livercare. I was just wondering when I should start my PCT - post cycle therapy - and if Novadex XT would be useful. My diet is definitley where it should be now. I know im a shrimp but in a two and a half month span of getting back into the gym Ive had a gain of 15lbs. I have a very fast metabolism so gaining weight for me is very difficult so i think sus500 is what i need. So please leave me some advice as far as my PCT - post cycle therapy - and if i even really need it i kno sus500 has its own in it.
1) You are 20. Taking hormones at your age is stupid. DON"T DO IT!
2) At 165lbs and 6'3", your diet is NOT where it should be. And if it is, then you should continue to see great results. You could hit 200 lbs in 5 months without anything but lots of food and hard work. I would like to see a daily diet example of you.
3) Using hormones as a crutch for lack of an appropraite diet or lack of seeing good results will get you nowhere. There is no substitute for doing it the hard way. Hormones give you a push beyond what your capable of. At this point, you are capable of gaining lots of size and strength very quickly without anything but a good diet and training.
4) You have only been lifting back in the gym for 2 1/2 months. Using hormones so quickly into the game isn't a good idea for various reasons. Wait for a long time to gain a ton naturally and then use hormones to push past your capabilites. You are not even close yet to your potential.
I'm not knocking your size. We all start somewher bro. In all straight up honesty, using this is not the answer for you right now. When you have been lifting hard, and you are past 21 years old, you should be well past 200lbs and looking sick. Then when you use a hormonal product to push you past that, you will become a total beast and people wil respect your size. This will not happen with a simple course of this stuff. We are running a marathon here, so don't think a sprint is really going to get you to the finish line the fastest.
I'm just giving you some sound advice and everone here will agree with me on this. This is not for you right now bro. I know you know this too and just want to get their the fastest possible. Get your head focused on the things that really determine our progress. Thinking this is going to get you where you want to be quickly is a fantasy if the more important aspects aren't already taken care of and you have applied them to yourself for an extended period of time (2 months is not an extended period of time). It's in the kitchen and in the gym bro. Let's get you diet set right, get your training on track and in a year when you are past 200 lbs and looking awesome (very acheiveable for you I might add) then let's talk hormones.
