I'm new to the site and have to say I'm amazed by the amout of good information here.
Anyway, just looking for advise on my current routine. I'm 36, ok shape, 6'2, 215. I'll admit I'm a bit soft around the edges. Pretty knowledgable around the gym. Played 5 years of collage football so i do somewhat know my way around the gym.
My goal is to put on a little mass and up the muscle tone. Basically just look good with my shirt off. j/k
Here's my current routine. I do a straight every other day routine. Hard to do consecutive days at my age. Been doing for a few months and have got really good results. I do mainly free weights and stick to the basic compound lifts with a few isolation's . I do a little cardio here and there but never been a big treadmill fan
Any advise? You guys seem to know your stuff pretty well
Mon - Chest/bi's
Tues - off
Wed - Back/legs
Thurs - off
Friday - Shoulder/Tri's
Sat - off
Sun - Chest(light)/bi's
Mon - off
Tues- Back/Legs
Wed - off
Thurs - Shoulder/ tri's
ect...................
