(3rd week starts sunday)
so im coming to the end of my cycle now, i have still kept 80% of gains (heaviest i was at 79kg) started at 71, and also went through a week of bad diet due to funds...
My question today is,
Eating and working out, tomorrow i have a PT session so its going to be 5x5 sl , and was wondering if i should just concentrate on my days of to get in as many meals and calories as i can (in goood harmony) instead of working out (to some extent) and as i have only worked out 2 times this week im planning on doing sat and sun?
