Got a few questions in one here ....
I started working out about a year ago and have recently noticed my right pectoral is smaller than my
left. Although it is not a significant difference, is it nevertheless different.
I use freeweights AND machine for chest exercises.
Firstly, I was wondering IF anyone else has had this problem ?
Secondly, is there a training reason for this ?
Thirdly, are their ways to counteract this ? AND are there exercises to ISOLATE the right pectoral ?
ALSO, just out of curiosity, since I am right handed and obviously my right arm is stronger than my
left ... is it possible that my right arm takes the blunt of the weight during chest exercises and therefore my
right pectoral does not recieve as much strain as my left ?
Thanks In Advance.
