General 5x5 Question

First of all, i want to say hello and excuse my bad english, cause i am from austira.

so currently i am doing a 1-2-3+T (modification of hst) cycle but when i'm finished i want to try madcow's 5x5.

i just have one question:

Mon......Volume Phase...........................................De load/Intensity Phase
Squat.......5x5................................... ..............................3x3
Bench.......1x5................................... ..............................1x3
Row.........1x5................................... ...............................1x3

Wed......Volume Phase...........................................De load/Intensity Phase
Squat.......5x5 with 15-20% less than Monday.................drop this lift
Deadlift.....5x5.................................. ...............................3x3
Military......5x5................................. ................................3x3
Pullups.......5x5................................. ...............................3x3

Fri.........Volume Phase...........................................De load/Intensity Phase
Squat........1x5.................................. ..............................1x3
Bench........5x5.................................. .............................3x3
Row...........5x5................................. ..............................3x3

so do i start after one week again with same exercises on monday (A-B-A-A-B-A-A-B-A scheme) or do the exercises rotate, like A-B-A-B-A-B-A-B and so on?
 
You squat, bench, row every monday and friday and squat, dead, mil and pullup on wednesday every week (ie the 1st one you suggested A-B-A-A-B-A-A-B-A)

Not to engage in a battle of Alphabet Soup, but if you'll take a closer look at the set/rep schemes for Monday and Friday, however, I think you'll see it's actually more like A-B-C-A-B-C. The Monday and Friday workouts are not identical.
