Genarlow Wilson was just freed.

what's infuriating is that Georgia state prosecutors are pissed off about this and want to fight it.....wtf?? If I'm a georgia citizen and the state run douchebags whose salaries I fund just by taking a crap every morning.......are off chasing this kid instead of what I'm "SURE" is a long list of hard core felons that are awaiting their trials....again....WTF?? I swear to god there should be a roshambo man that travels the country under full congressional support.........who is able to just kick people in the groin, man or woman, for being the stupid useless ass hats they are. The kid has spent over two years in jail, the promising academic and athletic life he once had in high school is gone no matter of any expungement.........and these people don't have enough........they want the full 10 years........what.......the ..............fuck.

Not really. He still did time for a crime and was videotaped getting blown by the 15 year old, having sex with another girl, and smoking weed at the party in question. I wouldn't hire him because of all those things.

Nevermind the crime part, I was reading earlier today and something was said about serving time for a lesser sentence, not having it thrown out completely.

I still wouldn't hire him because of the other things that happened.

I didn't have anything videotaped and played in court. Maybe I'd hire him as a laborer, but not to do what I do. Group sex? No, I've never done that. No way I'd put someone the nation knows ran a train on an almost passed out girl at a party in front of my customers.

And it's not like I don't feel for the kid. He just made a bad choice to do what he did and he's going to have to deal with it.

If I got a DUI or got busted for possession when I was being an idiot a few years ago, I'd have noone to blame but myself.

Didn't this case get started because a rape charge was filed because the girl that got gangbanged looked too wasted to object? That got thrown out and the prosecutor found this law. It's not like kiddo was in a committed relationship with this girl and they got caught at a drive in or whatever.

Which is exactly why I'd hire carefully. There are and have been so many shady people that do what I do, so I'm very careful about how I conduct myself and who I hang out with. That's why my business dropped off so much when I quit partying. The people I was hanging out with started getting really shady, they were my referral sources, and they wanted me to do things to get loans done that I wasn't comfortable with. I don't overstate income to get loans done, push appraisals, or lie about anything in the file. That's why I'm busy again. I personally wouldn't hire him.

And my last RVP did know I juiced. He did too.

Thing is, production would be off the charts.

And not because of coke use, because of talent. It's a valid point though, there are a ton of people I know that are good at what they do that I won't recommend for a position because they're so back and forth on that shit. I'm comfortable with myself, but I'm not vouching for anyone.

I'm not sure if those two years are getting expunged or not.......even if they are, man......he's known nationwide by now, he might have to change his name.......at least his first name, seriously. It all depends on what he wanted to do.......I'm sure people in the black community will hire him........but in Georgia, white folks don't forget a "nigger" that got blown by a white girl. Sorry to say that, but that's how it is in alot of places down there still.......I've had white guys tell me that. And just think about the psychological damage that's been done to that kid for two years.......being in prison for a BJ from a girl that was two years younger than him........bitterness would be so pervasive in my body if that happened to me that I might try and find some white prosecutor and give him a death they'll be talking about for years to come......legendary even. I'm not saying the kids life is completely over......but alot of doors are closed now that previously weren't.

It's one thing to say that because of his notoriety, it would be not feasible to put him in a position of say...marketing or something like that where he has to represent the company to clients or potential clients......yes, then you're at the mercy of feckless people who may hold archaic racist views of a black kid having sex with a white girl. But from a "moral" standpoint......that kid did nothing wrong. The gangbang girl was not raped nor was she drugged........and the 15 yr old voluntarily slid a fat hog down her mouth. I've seen much worse at white frat houses. How many rich little white kids would have their lives ruined if you put hidden camera's in all the frat houses across the land............man, that ole double standard still lives.

I never saw that the girl was white. What I got out of it was that the DA tried for the rape charge and lost and went after him using this dumb law. The girl that got fucked must have really felt that she was raped for the prosecutor to have pursued it this way.

I work in finance. No way I'm hiring (not that I hire people anymore) someone that was dumb enough to be videotaped doing drugs and banging an almost passed out girl at a party. He made bad choices. He has to live with them.

I beleive both of the girls were........and the 17 yr old only pressed charges because daddy found out about her getting the black cock gangbang on tape, so naturally she cried rape. And the 17 yr old, from what I've read from the first trial......was found "not" to have been near passing out. She was drunk, but not incapable of knowing what she was doing. That kid better "THANK GOD" that there was a video tape........without it, he would be sitting in jail for rape. And at 17 yrs old, I don't terribly hold it against him being video taped.......I'm sure nobody was paying attention to the guy with the video camera thinking this was just something that was going to circulate amongst friends. Yeah, it wasn't the choicest path that night......but again, when I think about what goes on at the proffessional level on a weekly basis, this kid is a saint comparably.

Honestly, I'd say 80% of them are shady. I'm just a firm believer in karma, especially when it comes to money and peoples' lives, so I'm very ethical when it comes to my work.

I do home loans. I've just seen too many people lose their licenses because of dumb decisions and have it screw up their chances of finding work in the future. Loan fraud's a stupid thing to have come up on a background check.

Not to mention the fact that I'd never be able to live with myself if I lied to get a loan done and I ruined someone's credit and caused a family to get foreclosed on just to make a couple grand. Return business is more important than just getting paid once.
