Thailand is no where near as good as you think mate. You'll get plenty of Test, Dianabol, clomid and nolva. You'll find some GH as well, but I found it extremely difficult to get Testoprop and impossible to get Anavar. Also, be well aware of Primo 3 in a box by Schering. Don't buy as they are fakes. Schering do not make 3 in a box and alot of Bros got suckered with this one. Get Spanish Primo as thats easy to get out there. You'll also get lots of nandrolone.
We cannot discuss prices, but even though you'll make savings, they won't be anywhere near as big as you might hope.
It's pretty easy to get gear in Thailand, though the selection may not be great. I will not name sources or prices.
I found Anavar (sold there as Bonavar) to be easy to get and priced about right. It's also easy to get Clomid (overpriced), Arimidex (priced fairly) and Proviron (downright cheap). Oral Winstrol was plentiful, and there was a limited selection of injectables. I was offered GH at one pharmacy, but it was very overpriced and I wouldn't trust it there since GH is very delicate and you don't know how carefully they stored it or whether it is fake.
The way to get gear is to walk into various pharmacies and just ask. Many of them will send you away with a quick NO after you mention steroids, but a few will deal with you because they want to make money. An approach that seems to work is to first ask if they have a specific ancillary (say Arimidex), buy some and become their customer, then go from there. If they will not sell you anything, you can ask them for a referral to a place that will - they might give you one (they will probably get a commission from the place they send you to).
You will find more pharmacies that sell to bodybuilders if you leave the city and go to, say, Pattaya. In Bangkok fewer pharmacies will do that, but they do exist.
The pharmacy I found in Bangkok actually had a printed color menu of all their steroid products. You could just point and they would bring it out to show you! For some ancillaries, they work with a "doctor" who writes a prescription and obtains it for the pharmacy to sell to you (both parties share in the profits), so you may have to wait a few days for that process and come back later to pick up your order.
Steroid use does not seem to be as illegal in Thailand as it is in US, so I wouldn't be too afraid to ask around for sources. Nobody is interested in making trouble for a farang (foerigner) so long as you are polite and courteous in your interactions with Thais. You could probably walk into a gym and just ask someone if they know which pharmacy is "rumored" to sell to bodybuilders. People there talk pretty freely about that sort of thing (though, as in the US, it would not be polite to directly ask someone if they themselves use). Note that Thais love to gossip, so word may get around that you use if you talk to your friends or members at your gym. You can handle that by only asking people you will never see again (people at pharmacies for example).
One more interesting note: if you don't like self-injecting, you can go to a clinic and for a small fee have them do your injections for you. That's Thailand, the land of any service you can dream of!
