Gear in Northern Africa

Is it OTC? Theres lots of HIV there so I figure they have lots of var and such... Have anyone been there?

there isnt alot of aids there, its not black africa. As for roids, tunisia is more regulated than morroco or algeria. if youre not going to tunisia, it shoudnt be too hard, just ask the pharmacist.

i'm going to tunisia next time i'll do the holliday planning... isn't mexico kind of nice

anyway, if i walk into a pharmacy in tunis and ask for some gear and bring lots of cash, am i going to get really un popular?
