Hello,
I'm new here and have a few questions. I am more or less happy with my upper body and have been lifting for several years now religously. My problem is my legs, lower legs specifically. I was wondering if gear would be very beneficial for developing my lower legs through running coupled with lifting. My schins are always getting schin splints and my legs just get dead tired when I try to run. In just under a year I am most likely going into a career where running faster would be very important. I've tried just about everything natural I could do, but I am just cursed with chicken legs that dont like impact. So I'm basically looking for advice on weather or not theres some chemical out there that could make me a better/stronger runner in a hurry. Also are the "steroid alternatives" out there as good as the sellers say they are and might they work for me with this problem?
