Gear diets

I know you are supposed to eat differently while on a cycle. What are the differences? considerations? Is it really that much different from any cutting/bulking diet?

well i think the general consensus, is that when on gear a lot more of the nutrients go towards building muscle. This happens through a lot of different pathways a couple of which are increased prot sysnthesis and increased anabolism. Anyway there are to many to mention plus we actually dont really know what happens when the body is on gear.

But generally people on gear eat lots more protein. And i mean lots more 400 gr is not exceptional. Also try eating complex carbs with every meal.

Well anyway i dont know why im ranting on anyways, cause i have no experience on gear its just hear say what im typing here anyway hope i helped
 
advantage?of course you have an advantage to someone no using.you eat your high protein diet mod carbs and you see results when you are clean,do the same while doing a test,ox cycle and you will see better results.even while straying from the diet you will see a big difference.the same as taking creatine while using ox.....know what i mean.....
 
OK. So the point is that there's no special "gear diet" right? You diet like you normally would, only maybe eat a little more, plus you can get away with a little more cheating. That it?
