Does gear disrupt your monthly cycle? I am running my first cycle amd seemed to skip period this month and I know I am not pregnant unless It is emaculate conception.....Haha
Yes it does. I haven't had one since march!
I still think I have the mood swings, migraines etc, but nothing else .
I wonder how long it takes to go back to normal after you are off?
Agreed. I ran a cycle Feb 7th- April 15th.. stopped doing everything.. then started again on May 23rd, and I have not had my cycle since Februrary. I feel the cramps occasionally but that's it. I've asked around how long it takes til we get it back and it really just depends on what you use, and you as a person.. after all, everyone's body is different!

You know the only side I was kindda of looking forward to getting was the missed periods ..lol
and it didn'thappen, my period has been normal during this cycle![]()
But I hear it could take months to get it back after your cycle is over.
Oh wow really? That's pretty cool![]()
Give it time. It's too soon to lose it. I started my last cycle early February, and by mid-March I realized I hadn't had my cycle since the month before. Still to this day noooo period. But it also depends on what all you're taking, too.No it's not..![]()
I know it's natural, but I hate having my period... I was hoping I wouldn't have it for the lengh of this cycle but I do.. oh welllol

Just be careful, girlies... I went 2 years without one and wound up with osteopenia (and it's not in my family) and then osteoporosis. I've been building the bones back up but it's a pain in the ass and definitely makes you prone to overuse injuries (had multiple stress fractures in my mid to late 20s).
As much as your "cycle" is a pain in the ass it is protective to have all those hormones... If you want to maintain your bf in the "unhealthy" low range keep the calcium and vitamin D intake high and get a dexa scan annually. Just a little tip I wish I had known (or paid attention to!)
PM w any questions!
