gas smell

i just cut my lawn and spilt gasoline all over my hands, and i have been trying to get the smell out of my hands for like 15 minutes now, i used soap and water and still cant get the smell out, everything i touch gets the smell on it too, and i want to hand prepare my food, how can i remove this smell from my hands???

also, what would be better post workout,
gatorade+whey+creatine
or
soy milk+whey+creatine
 
whipe a thick ribbon of feces on your upper lip. you wont care WHAT your hands smell like.
 
Gasoline odor stays for quite awhile, sometimes years. You probably won't be right until you hit 15 or 16.
 
put your hands in your asscrack for about minutes and sit on them. Take out gently and smush togethr for 30 seconds. Then prepare food and shake neighbors hands.
 
Lava soap is one of the best sandbys for hands, although any gritty shop soap should work. And I would say away from soy just because of the phytoestrogens. Maybe an over stated risk, but why chance it?

Is the soy milk a choice because... er... why soy milk? I say WHOLE MILK, for many good reasons.

cow milk contains useless fat

either way, I'd use the gatorade and whey, gatorade is dextrose + potassium, sodium.. so I'd say it's not a bad post workout.. and whey will be your protein..
 
Hmmmm.... you will change your tune. I remember the old EliteFitness boards when dan tried to get everybody to do the bodyOpus boogy and they all said "Nope. Doesnt make sence."

Whole milk is a motherfucking wonder drug.
 
I am also curious as to why you are staying away from cows milk. I still wouldnt go with the soy though. rice milk should work though-I'm really just concerned with the soy at the moment. I use skim myself.
 
I would say gatorade/whey/creatine only because you need carbs post workout. You could just as easily substitue the gatorade for kool-aid though.

Why all the hating on cows milk?

with 11 posts (two of them being these ones...) It would be absurdly difficult for me to assess your intelligence. To end the debate, kool-aid has a similar profile to gatorade

Well again, posts have nothing to do with how smart I am. Just how well you know me, and that dosen't matter to me at all. I could be the smartest person you'd ever have the pleasure of speaking to and you talk shit over post couts... :rolleyes:

I just hate people that do that. Who cares if you have a million posts Einstein? If you want to talk shit, at least come up with a good line.
