Garlic

What brand is best? Every brand that I've seen that has a standardized version or extract is Odor free. From what i've read you want to avoid the odor free garlic pills. I bought a bottle of Solaray Organic Garlic (not order free), but it isn't an extract or standardized, just ground organic garlic 600mg per cap (taking 4/day).

Should I be looking for a odor free standardized garlic, or is the one I'm using ok?

Bro, Kyolic came out recently with a one-per-day 1000mg garlic pill. I take it myself and think it's the best available. Check out this link to check it out. I don't know if this link has the best price, I get mine for about $7.00/bottle from lef.org.

Nothing beats good fresh garlic. I don't care if my breath smells of it keeps people away from me, lol. Its a great thing to strengthen immune system.

JG1, if you can track that down that I'd like to read it bro, seriously. But I've never come across anything that states that.

It's my understanding that it does nothing to the effectiveness of the garlic if it's made odorless. I choose odorless simply because I don't want to be burping up and smelling like garlic.
