i finally went to do some good mornings as you reccommended, to help in my quest to deadlift 440, but they looked too uncomfy, and i couldnt bear the thought of being in that arse-out position on YOUR say-so...so i thought 'fuckit!' grabbed the bar and deadlifted 440 anyway, just to spite your silly exercise
with any luck, if i keep up my strength gains, ill be able to lift your mom off the floor all by myself. please pass on the good news
