Gakic

didnt do anything for me at all

Someone asked a similar question back on 15 August, but this is what I told them.

Gakic = Glycine + L-arginine + Calcium

Two non-essential amino acids and a calcium source for a great deal of money. $79.99 US$ for 544 grams

It is basically 10 grams of glycine/L-arginine/calcium with 14 grams of dextrose/maltodextrin and additional sugars and flavourings. MuscleTech's claim is that it will fight off fatigue while training and lead to an increase in strength by 10.5%.

As it is suggested to be used before working out, the dextrose/maltodextrin will provide you with an energy spike and thus enable you to workout longer. The L-arginine, although in small amounts, will dilate blood vessels and allow for a greater supply of oxygen to the muscle tissues which may lead to an increase in strength over time.

These ingredients can be purchased individually though at a significant saving than what MuscleTech is offering in this singular supplement. I would pass on it.

In my opinion, MuscleTech must really be running out of ideas in their research facility.

Man, I just took my first dose of the drink mix. Don't mix it with water because it is enough to gag a maggot!!! I will let you know after my workout if it was worth drinking puke water. LOL

Well, I can say that the GAKIC actually was good for a few more reps with less fatigue, but I have got to find some way to hide that disgusting taste. Hope, that it is OK to say where I found it the cheapest - DPS nutrition for $49.99. If anyone knows where it is a better deal, give a hollar, some people may want to give it a try.
