honestly gakic works(it just sucks compared to everything else). it does exactly what it says it does, but the way it is advertised is misleading. for instance it says 10.5% increase in strength. this isn't I can lift 100lbs now I can lift 115. it is I can do 10 reps now i can do 11. Also if you read the fine printed footnote on the bottle and the study that was done to test it. It only increased strength by 10.5 for the first 15 minutes. So muscletech doesn't lie when they say that it is backed by science. and they don't lie about a 10.5% increase in strength (sorry you can't sue for false advertisement). but mt misleads the consumer into beliving Gakic lasts the entire workout and saying that it is the greatest breakthrough supplement. The compound simply breaks down too quickly in the body. But for 15 minutes, the price, and the deceit I wouldn't recommend this product. stick with creatine, cafinee, arginine and cre blend like NO-explode or fast twitch. They work better, last the entire workout, and cost less. hope this helped.
