This is my first go round and i am taking Sustanon 250 1cc, prim depot 1cc, and extraboline 2cc a week. Last week was my first week on tuesday i started. I lift only 3 times a week. monday wednesday, and friday. legs / chest shoulders and tri's / lats and bi's . i weigh 198 at 5.11 . I eat about 1750 calories a day. I thought i would see some big gains like in bench (today) but not really.Is eating alot more really the key? I dont want to gain alot of fat to but maybe i wont, not sure, but i think increasing calories that maybe i would see more gains.OR does it take awhile before the supplements' start to kick in? Oh this tuesday i retook my same shots as above. the losing sleep thing is true. not any acne or anything else really. my stuff seems legit. maybe not extraboline but no one disproved it yet on forum.
