Gains On Insulin While on.

What kinds of gains have anyone had while ON using Insulin? What was your dosage and what kinds of Insulin used (Humlin R, N, HUMALOG).
 
Humalog was extremely overrated for me.....Did not see anything in tthe gains dept. and my diet was great.
 
I used Humulin R.
Be aware that it must be taken along simple carbs, very sugary water, and preferably with some protein powder.
Post workout, on-cycle worked better for me, great gains with little fat, then started using it aobut two or three times a day, and started gaining a little fat.
Start with some 2 IU and gradually increase by some 1 or 2 IU per day, until you get some symptoms of hypoglycemia like drowsiness, then back off by 2 IU.
Be careful with your dosages as one mistake can kill you, right on the first time.
Keep some glucose at hand, it is more rapidly absorbed in a hypoglycemic state, but not recommended for continued use as it makes your stomach ache a little.

Lol, sugary water, and preferably some protein powder? How about lots of simple carbs and lots of fast-digesting protein?
 
I used humalog, 10-15iu/day in one shot post workout. Used it while bulking on cycle, with and without GH, and while doing PCT. On PCT, with no gear, didn't do much if anything, maybe add some fat. On gear, added size and a little fat. On gear and GH, added size and NO fat. I used a shake containing 60g's of WPI and 100g's dextrose immediatly after my shot, then another shake just like that but half and half maltodextrin/dextrose at the 1hr point. Worked well for me only with gear and GH.

Damn Tux. Not only do we think alike we use the same post workout shake. I agree that slin is only useful while employing AAS. AAS, GH, and slin is the magic combo. How much one adds is dependent on lots of variables. Genetics being number 1.
 
2iu/day. Nutropin Depot once, Nutropin AQ once. Both kicked ass :) Wish I could afford to run that again... gotta save up for a ring first though!

Reason why I am asking you guys is because either I am not adding enough Slin which varies from 5iu's to 12 iu's post workout depending on my workouts or I am not eating enough. I am hovering around 218lbs right now. I definately added weight, but not as much as I would have liked to add. Maybe 5 lbs. I stacked with GH and the gains were really nice but I didn't keep them for long and most of it was water.
 
Well notice I was taking in 120g's of protein in those 2 shakes, and 200g's of carbs. That's over 1200 calories right there. Also I was using 10-15iu's of slin, and I weighed about 190 when I started that, ended at just over 200, 203 I believe.

You need to eat enough cals. The reason that slin works is because it stores more nutrients in the muscle cells than would be possible with an endogenous amount of slin. Cals will determine results with slin.
