wrote this before maybe had bad heading
tore rotator cuff and deltoid cant workout at all just therapy for at least a few months weight went down 4-5lbs overlast month of being off but has leveled off for now

want to maintain as much muscle as possible maybe lose some fat
any idea of steroid cycle or diet may help
have access to deca/test only
and gh and igf1 also any diet help thanks
current weight is 228 maybe 12% body fat
any suggestions

I'd say just save your gear, rehab, and then when you can finally lift, do so for about 6-12 months natty and then cycle again. Take this time during rehab to really get your natural test levels up, try taking ancillarys, zma, herbals, etc...
 
Bro if you cant work out do not waste your money on fucking gear,And if your just to laxy to workout please move to another board..

the answers you got may not have been put in the nicest of terms but really......Torn rotator cuff vurtually eliminates any possiblility of an upper body work out. More than likely squats also. so what are you left with? Leg press, leg ext & leg curls. Face it, you're going to loose mass, your work outs will be sub par. NO amount of gear is going to save the mass. rehab & save the gear for when you're healthy

You best bet is to recover and relax. Stay off AS completely. Once you're fully recovered, get back into the gym, train for a few months then consider AS.
